That's why I created online courses and monthly membership as you can see below, to make yoga more accessible to everyone and allow more people to enjoy its multiple benefits.

In 2022 I decided to develop my online offers to allow more people to have access to yoga and its benefits. Whatever the reasons that prevent you from joining me physically (lack of time, motivation, accessibility, fear of judgment, price, etc.), online classes allow you to practice in the comfort of your home and whenever you want.
If you are interested in practicing yoga with me online, I created a Signature Program entitled STRENGTH THROUGH YOGA.
This program is focus on muscle building through a regular yoga practice. It aims to make you stronger, fitter, more toned, energized but also more flexible and aware of your body and mind depending on where you are with your current abilities as well as in your journey through yoga.
Strength Through Yoga is divided into two successive, gradual and progressive offers adapted to your current level of yoga and designed to support you on your transformative yoga journey. Indeed, depending on your level, you can choose to start to get back in shape by practicing yoga 30 minutes a day starting today with one or the other.
These two offers are based on the same method…:
30-minute pre-recorded yoga videos focused on the different parts of your body (arms, back, glutes, core and legs) in order to strengthen the whole body evenly.

A 4-week online program ideal to start building full body strength and learn the basics of muscle building mechanics through yoga.
If you are new, newish to yoga or don't have a regular practice but want to learn more about it and discover its benefits on strengthening your body, while starting to get back in shape gently and by listening to your body this program is for you!
