FROM FRANCE TO NEW ZEALAND

How I Got Here

I began practicing yoga in 2009 when I needed to find balance and inner calm while working in the marketing field in Paris. Yoga helped me to alleviate the stresses caused by my occupation and lifestyle.

And what began as an occasional practice became my relaxation pursuit which provided me with much-needed space to focus inwards and forget about the outside stressful world.

Month after month my yoga practice took more and more space in my schedule and my mind. As I wanted to go deeper, to get a better understanding of it, I spent my weekends attending yoga workshops and my holidays attending yoga teacher training

Then in 2013 I quit my corporate job, went traveling and train in Asia and Oceania without a return ticket.

In New Zealand since 2015, I became a fulltime yoga teacher and never regret the choices I made and I will always be grateful that yoga crossed my path.
