International Yoga Day
Service Description
Celebrate International Yoga Day + Winter Solstice – June 21 in South New Brighton Let’s mark International Yoga Day and the Winter Solstice — the true beginning of winter here in the Southern Hemisphere — with a joyful morning of movement, mindfulness, and connection by the sea! Join me on Saturday, June 21, from 9:30 to 10:30 am at The Bridge Hub in South New Brighton for a special Vinyasa Yoga Class, followed by coffee and community time at Dune Café, just next door. What makes this class extra special? I want it to reflect you. Everyone who books is invited to share 2 or 3 of their favourite yoga poses with me by June 15, and I’ll weave them into a unique, community-inspired flow. Let’s co-create this celebration together! Here’s what to expect: 🧘♀️ Yoga Class (9:30–10:30 am) – A heartwarming, co-created sequence honouring the global yoga community and this seasonal turning point toward the return of the light ☕ Coffee & Connection – After class, we’ll head to Dune Café for chats, laughs, and a warm drink to toast this meaningful day 📅 Whether you're a longtime yogi or just starting your journey, come celebrate both yoga and the seasonal shift with us — and add your energy to this very special morning. 💌 Don’t forget to email your favourite poses to me by June 15 at annepoyoga@gmail.com!
